Does ChatBridge read or send my WhatsApp messages?+
No. We never read, intercept, or send messages on your behalf. ChatBridge builds click-to-chat links that open the official WhatsApp app with a message pre-filled — you tap send.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?+
No. ChatBridge works with regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. The official Cloud API is on the roadmap for businesses that want automated reminders later.
Where is my data stored?+
Customer records sit in a Postgres database in the EU (Supabase, eu-west-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I import customers from my phone or another tool?+
Yes. Export a CSV from your contacts app or another CRM, then upload it. Duplicates by phone number are skipped automatically.
